The COALMG group enjoyed tremendous insight and a robust discussion with Joe O'Brien, co-founder of Edge Case, LLC, Thursday night. Joe drilled into the Edge Case process which focuses on achieving strong business value using feedback loops while leveraging People, Process, and Tools. Thanks again to Joe for presenting and all the folks who came out in the heart of the summer.
